Netspar builds human capital by educating both students and professionals in the pensions and insurance industry with (sponsored) programs:
- Executive training for pension and insurance professionals

Professionals and board members in the field of pensions and insurance with an interest in thematic, interactive, post-academic training are welcome to participate in the courses of the TiasNimbas - Netspar Academy. Each course has a central, current theme that will be interactively approached by prominent international professors.
- MSc tracks Economics and Finance of Aging
In addition, each year Netspar presents the Netspar Thesis Awards for outstanding theses at the Bachelor's, the Master's, the Research Master's level and for best dissertation on aging issues. In all four categories a prize of € 3,000 is available. The prizes are presented at the Netspar Pension Workshop in January.
