Graduate students: Netspar Pensions Honors Program
For graduate students, there is the Netspar Pensions Honors Program, which is a possible specialization for all of the master’s programs offered by TiSEM, the Tilburg School of Economics and Management at Tilburg University. In addition to the specialized curriculum for the program, Netspar offers students a community program that includes company visits, peer review sessions, and meetings with experts.

Talent Development: Thesis Awards
To motivate talented students and up-and-coming researchers, Netspar gives out annual Thesis Awards in the amount of €3,000 for the best thesis/dissertation written in the field of aging and retirement financing in the categories of Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD, as well as one for the best final project in the TIAS Pension Innovation Master Class.
As knowledge partner to the SPO educational institute, Netspar develops short knowledge clips for pension fund managers. These microlearning modules are part of the SPO Perform online knowledge platform for pension fund managers. In addition to the videos, Netspar research is also shared in the form of one pagers and webinars.
