Winners Netspar Thesis Awards 2023 have been announced
The winners of the Netspar Thesis Awards 2023 have been announced: Danjun Xu from University of Amsterdam and Timo Lambregts from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
The Netspar Thesis Awards were presented Thursday during Pension Day by Andries de Grip, chair of the Editorial Board. They go to a Master thesis and PhD thesis that stand out for their excellence. The topic of the thesis should be related to Netspar’s research program.
Danjun Xu was awarded for the Master thesis “Time Series Analysis of Return Expectations and Asset Allocations: Evidence from Pension Funds”. From University of Amsterdam she was supervised by Aleksandar Andonov.
Timo Lambregts was awarded for the PhD thesis “Consumer decisions in insurance markets: Analyzing demand for long-term care insurance and mental health care”. From Erasmus University Rotterdam he was supervised by Erik Schut.
