knowledge AGENDA

Netspar performs and facilitates research under a carefully compiled Knowledge Agenda (Netspar NexT). This academic agenda is planned in close consultation with the Netspar partners for four years at a time. It encompasses a wide variety of research topics, while also to some extent setting the parameters for the field.

The multidisciplinary research is coordinated under five programs:

1. Well-being and welfare of elderly people
2. Communications and choice
3. Work, retirement, housing, and healthcare
4. Savings, investments and insurance
5. Institutions, governance and solidarity

The knowledge agenda is part of the 2019-2023 Actionplan, which is coordinated with the Foundation Board.
