for Researchers

Netspar sponsors research into the social and economic consequences of aging and retirement. The network’s success relies on input from different disciplines. Researchers from various academic fields, such as economics, sociology, psychology, law, and communications, already participate in Netspar. To this end, we regularly solicit proposals for short- and long-term research projects.

Around 300 researchers from various universities, academic institutions and other organizations in the Netherlands and abroad are connected to Netspar as fellows. You can see our researchers network here.

“The great thing about Netspar is its multidisciplinary character. It is extremely relevant to approach issues related to aging from multiple disciplines and, for example, compare methods. Such collaboration provides tremendous added value in my personal discipline of public health, as well.”
