annual report 2021
The year 2021 was a year of transition, strengthening, making an impact and transfer. ‘Whatever happens, sitting back is not an option’ was the conclusion of the project group that examined four future scenarios after the pension reform. This also applies to Netspar as an organisation. Transition to a new system for which Netspar was considered and, after various positive evaluations, also the transition to a new work program 2023-2027. In the preparation of this transition, Netspar continued with research, publications, keeping the website up to date and has strengthened itself with no fewer than four new partners. Connecting science and practice, that is our added value.
We will give a brief, three-part review of the year 2021:
- Wouter Bos, Chair of the Supervisory Board: “Preparing for the transition”
- Marike Knoef, General Director: “Having an impact and adding value”
- Interactive infographic with highlights from 2021
Interview with one of our partners, Kenan Yildirim, General Manager of Shell Pension Bureau Netherlands: “Both boards strongly believe in data-driven decision making based on scientific insights”.
In the infographic we highlight a number of moments, publications and conferences that we are particularly proud of. Of course this is just a selection of what Netspar has achieved the previous year. Therefore, the different elements of the infographic are clickable, if you are curious for more information.
