Leon van Riet Joins the Supervisory Board of Netspar

The Foundation Board has appointed Leon van Riet to the Supervisory Board of the Netspar Foundation. He is CEO Netherlands Life & Pensions at NN Group and a member of the board of NN Group. Corien Wortmann, chair of the Supervisory Board, commented: “we are pleased with Leon’s arrival. He has a long track record in the field of insurance and pensions and we look forward to his contribution within the Supervisory Board. This fills the vacancy created by the departure of Bianca Tetteroo. We would like to emphatically thank Bianca for her valuable contribution”.

The appointment of Leon van Riet to the Supervisory Board takes effect on January 1, 2024, with his first term ending on December 31, 2026. After that, he is eligible for reappointment two more times.

The Supervisory Board further consists of Corien Wortmann-Kool (chair), Inge van den Doel, Guusje Dolsma, Laura van Geest, Annette Mosman, Lex Meijdam and Piet Rietman.
