Netspar Introduction for academic researchers

Netspar offers financial support (research grants ranging from €20k to €350k) for independent scientific research and shares it through publications, events, webinars, and education. We maintain a network of industry partners and academic researchers that reflects the diversity of our range of interests, and we stimulate the cooperation between these two worlds. Keeping this network up to date is vital for achieving our goals. Have you ever considered participating? Are you perhaps hesitant, or overwhelmed by all the information? On December, 11th you can attend a no-obligation 45-minute online information session on Netspar’s activities. We will focus on the research possibilities and our grants process.

Kennisgroep pensioencommunicatie bijeenkomst 3

Willingness to pay for job characteristics in later life: Evidence from a stated choice experiment – Max Groneck – After lunch webinar

As retirement ages rise, understanding what older employees need to stay healthy, motivated, and productive has become increasingly important. In this webinar, we present findings from a new study that measures how much older workers are willing to pay for better job conditions — such as flexible schedules, lower physical demands, remote work options, and reduced stress levels. We’ll discuss the key insights from the research and explore what employers, policymakers, and organizations can do to improve sustainable employability and make work more attractive for older employees.
