As a knowledge network, Netspar is open by design. We therefore prioritize accessibility, taking this to also mean open access publications and accessible communications.
Netspar ensures its accessibility by means of the following instruments.
Openness Toward New Partners and Researchers
Our network is constantly being developed. That means we are always open to having new partners and researchers join it.
Freely Accessible Publications
The scientific publications put out by Netspar are free for everyone. By making our publications open access, we are not only advancing science, but also helping disseminate the research more broadly and quickly.
Accessible Communications
Netspar communicates its research findings in an accessible manner, for example, through one pagers that summarize the main points. We also organize various events for our partners at which we explain the research taking place.
Reports on Meetings and Events
Netspar hosts a wide variety of meetings and events, most of which are only open to scientists and Netspar partners. It is one of the ways we add value for our partners.
For the larger events, we also publish on our website a report that is available to the broader public. Sign up for our newsletter if you want to be kept informed of these. We sometimes also make presentations available afterward on the event page.
