New operations coordinator Charlotte van Boxtel: “I am excited about bringing the vision to life on the work floor”

Charlotte van Boxtel has started as operations coordinator at Netspar on October 1, 2025. She brings extensive experience in both social and commercial organizations. She is starting at a time when the knowledge network is laying the foundations for the new 2027-2031 Action Plan.

Netspar is currently busy implementing the current 2023-2027 Action Plan. At the same time, preparations are underway to establish a vision for the period thereafter, in collaboration with Netspar’s Foundation Board and Supervisory Board. Charlotte is joining as operations coordinator at just the right moment. Her knowledge and experience are a good match for what the knowledge network currently stands for.

She gained her experience at a municipality and a bank-insurer, among others. There, she was involved in various aspects of business operations and improving teamwork. “Team building comes naturally to me, and I really enjoy empowering people. Collaboration at all levels works both ways and gives direction to daily practice.”

Charlotte is intrinsically motivated by social impact, which is also one of the reasons she works at Netspar. “Netspar’s social impact appeals to me. I also find pensions very interesting and important. I think too few people realize how important it is to pay attention to this subject.”
