Netspar Looks Ahead with the 2027-2031 Action Plan and Knowlegde Agenda
With the 2027-2031 Action Plan and Knowledge Agenda, Netspar sets the course for the years ahead. The plan describes the key priorities and research themes and outlines the knowledge, insights and opportunities for collaboration you can expect from Netspar in the coming years.
For more than twenty years, Netspar has brought together researchers and pension professionals to address current pension-related challenges. Knowledge development, knowledge sharing and collaboration will remain central in the years ahead. In a constantly changing pension landscape, access to objective, scientifically grounded knowledge helps professionals better understand developments and make well-informed decisions in policy and practice.
Alongside the new Action Plan, the evaluations of the 2023-2027 Action Plan have also been published. The outcomes are positive. The evaluation committee concludes that Netspar makes a significant contribution to the quality of the Dutch pension debate. Internationally, too, Netspar is recognised for its successful integration of science, policy, and practice.
The evaluations also provide valuable guidance for the future. They highlight opportunities to further increase societal impact, strengthen visibility, and expand the network. These insights have been given a prominent place in the new Action Plan. Through the Action Plan, the Knowledge Agenda, and its broad network, Netspar will continue in the coming years to develop knowledge that is not only scientifically rigorous but also relevant and practical for the pension sector. With this Action Plan, Knowledge Agenda, and strong network, Netspar looks confidently towards the future.
