Netspar and Nyenrode develop new Master Class for directors and supervisors in the Pension Industry
Transition of the Dutch Pension system requires good preparation
From 1 January 2021, Nyenrode Business University and the Netspar research network will work together on a master class for directors and supervisors in the pension industry.
The 2019 principle agreement for the reform of the Dutch pension system is causing radical changes. This has consequences for employers, employees, administrators and policymakers. The pension sector must prepare for the future and the details of the pension agreement. But what are the most important changes in the new pension system? And how do you implement the new pension contract? Nyenrode and Netspar have jointly developed the three-day masterclass “Transition to a new pension system”. Here, directors and supervisors from the sector learn the aspects of the change to the new system and they are well prepared to have the right discussion at the board table.
Nyenrode and Netspar are joining forces with current scientific knowledge, a relevant network and the translation of academic insights into administrative dynamics. The first masterclass will start on March 28 and will take place at Nyenrode Business University in Breukelen.
About Neyenrode Business University Nyenrode has been developing programs for policymakers in the pension sector for over ten years. The adage is “learn today, apply tomorrow”. Participants immediately learn to test the theory against developments in practice. |
