Surrounding the transfer of accrued pension rights

Upon the introduction of the Future Pensions Act, pension funds accrued will be
transferred to one of the new pension schemes. Legal, communicative and computational aspects play a role in this.

During this meeting we will discuss this, with a particular focus on mutual relationships.
Specifically, the following components are covered:

Legal aspects: What must be done in what order?

Communication aspects: What should be shared with individual participants, when and how?

Arithmetic aspects (executors): What all needs to be calculated and how do you substantiate ‘balance’ and that the transition is ‘disproportionately unfavorable’ for no one?

Arithmetic aspects (supervision): What exactly must calculations comply with?

This is a dutch speaking event.
