The new surviving dependants pension

With the Future of Pensions Act, the new surviving dependants pension (DP) is also changing considerably. Social partners and pension administrators are faced with choices about how to formalize the surviving dependants pension. Participants also must make choices. Which considerations play a role in this?

The regulations on surviving dependants pensions have not yet been fully crystallized. There are questions about restitution, orphan’s pension, and transitional law. Shortly after the summer, the surviving dependants pension options bill will go into consultation.

During the program there is a lot of room for discussion and opportunity to ask questions.
