Match Making Event 2024

On Tuesday, February 6, 2024, the annual Match Making Event will be organized for the theme call 2024. Participation from partners is an important success factor.

The management of Netspar will briefly discuss the subsidy options and procedures. Subsequently, different scientists will explain their research ideas and partners will be given the opportunity to share their interests. After the sessions there is an opportunity to network, and thus to achieve collaboration between science and practice.

Matchmaking 2026

AOW als obstakel: een empirische analyse naar de gedragsreacties van het individualiseren van de AOW – Jim Been – After-lunch webinar

Dit onderzoek beoordeelt in hoeverre de huidige leefvormafhankelijke AOW-uitkering een financiële prikkel vormt die samenwonen onder ouderen belemmert. Alleenstaanden ontvangen circa 30 procent meer AOW dan samenwonenden, wat voor oudere alleenwonenden neerkomt op een korting van ongeveer 450 euro per maand bij samenwonen. De analyse van een representatieve groep van 55-plussers laat zien dat deze korting een substantiële negatieve invloed heeft op de bereidheid om samen te wonen, terwijl mantelzorg hierin nauwelijks een rol speelt.
