The Colloquium, co-hosted by CEPAR and the School of Risk & Actuarial Studies, UNSW Business School, is a unique annual event, bringing together academia, government and industry to discuss the latest research on pensions, superannuation and retirement.

Doorwerken na pensioen: praktijk en potentieel – Jasper Bosma – After-lunch webinar

: In het licht van aanhoudende krapte op de arbeidsmarkt wordt in toenemende mate gekeken naar AOW-gerechtigden die graag actief willen blijven in betaald werk. In dit onderzoek is daarom gekeken naar de trends rondom werken boven de AOW-leeftijd. Wie werken er door, waarom, wat voor werk doen ze, hoeveel, en in welke vorm? Daarnaast kijken we ook naar de overwegingen van AOW-gerechtigden die niet werken. Wat houdt hen tegen, en onder welke voorwaarden zouden zij bereid zijn wel te werken? Tot slot gaan we kort in op de rol van de werkgever en de overgang naar het nieuwe pensioenstelsel. Bij de beantwoording van de vragen kijken we naar verschillen naar geslacht, opleidingsniveau, en de sector waarin AOW-gerechtigden werkzaam zijn (geweest).
