The Board ensures that personnel is appointed by Tilburg University and/or other partners so as to work for Netspar, in cooperation with the parties concerned. They bear the responsibility for the direction and coordination of the research, education and dialogue with the partners. They also ensure that the quality of the research adheres to high scientific standards. Finally, they are responsible for the budget.
