RESEARCH MASTER SCHOLARSHIP

Application deadline: October 16, 2011

 
To stimulate pension research Netspar offers Research Master Scholarships of €3,000 to selected students entering the second year of a Research Master program in September 2011. There is a maximum of five scholarships available.

 

Criteria

  • The thesis work focuses on a topic that is clearly related to Netspar's research agenda 
  • The candidate agrees to participate in the Netspar Junior Pension Day in June, where he/she is supposed to present the results of the thesis research
  • The candidate acknowledges the receipt of the scholarship in his/her thesis


Applications requirements

Applications should consist of:
  • A research proposal
  • A reference letter of a Netspar Fellow stating that he/she is willing to supervise the Research Master thesis
  • Candidates CV 
  • A list of grades 
  • One additional reference letter 
  • Written work of the candidate (if already available)


Submission

Applications are welcome after the start of the second year in the Research Master. Proposals can be submitted by email to info@netspar.nl, mentioning: Application for Netspar Research Master Scholarship. Please submit al required documents at once. Deadline for submission is October 16, 2011.

 

Selection Process

Scholarships are awarded by the Netspar Board of Directors provided the proposed research contains new and original work.
