Economics and Psychology of Lifecycle Decision Making

Theme Conference, February 10, 2010

Lifecycle decisions -- especially with regard to pensions, retirement and insurance-- are increasingly left to individuals. An important question is whether people make these decisions wisely, and, if not, whether they can and should be assisted to do so. The purpose of this conference is to bring together new insights on this question.

This conference serves as a kick-off for the Netspar Theme on the Economics and Psychology of Lifecycle Decision Making coordinated by Peter Kooreman and Jan Potters.
